Senior Activity Director: Lead Engaging Resident Programs
Ivy Park at Otay Ranch
Oakmont Management Group in California seeks an Activity Director to organize and lead residents’ programs, excursions, and events that promote independence and quality of life, aligned with our mission and values.
You will recruit and supervise Activity Assistants and volunteers, manage budgets, and ensure a safe, engaging community environment; occasional driving of community vehicles is required.
