About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to build market traction with regional and national health plans and health systems. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating and managing pipeline, achieving sales goals, expanding accounts, and strengthening the organization’s presence in the market. The successful candidate will build relationships with executive decision-makers, serve as a trusted advisor, and guide prospects through complex sales processes. They will also collaborate across internal teams to address barriers and advance client outcomes. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant sales experience, ideally in digital health or healthcare, and a record of building collaborative relationships across key account functions. Experience selling AI or machine-learning solutions, working with regional and national health systems or payers, and negotiating complex contracts is required. Strong healthcare economics knowledge, executive relationship-building, communication, public speaking, project management, and organizational skills are essential. The role also calls for independent judgment, the ability to manage competing priorities, and flexibility across virtual and in-person sales engagements.
