Line Cook We are currently seeking a Line Cook with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for cooking. Safe‑serve certification desirable. A successful candidate should have 3+ years’ experience in sautéing, grilling and general operation/management in a fast‑paced fine‑dining environment. Main duties will be food production and plating up of lunch and dinners for an a‑la‑carte cooking line. Other duties will include assisting in the production and plate up for our on‑site weddings and events facilities. This can be either a full‑ or part‑time position; please let us know your preference when applying. Compensation is based on experience, $16‑20 per hour, with a $500 retention bonus after 6 months. We are looking to hire a motivated and energetic person to join our team. This is a full‑time, year‑round position with growth and advancement potential for the right individual. Duties include assisting with banquets and plating of parties, cleaning and organization of dishes and glassware, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, working as a team, having reliable transportation and being able to work weekends and holidays.
