Quality Engineer

Quality EngineerYou’ll own customer complaints and corrective actions—leading investigations from intake through permanent resolution. You’ll be the person who defines the problem, brings the right people together, and ensures issues don’t happen again. This role partners with the Quality Manager and engineering department serving the automotive and industrial application industries located in Roseville, MN. The starting salary for this permanent opportunity is between $65K-$90K.What the role entails:Own the full customer complaint and CAPA process from start to finishLead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)Coordinate containment actions and manage nonconforming productPull in cross-functional partners (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing) to restore conformanceWrite clear, professional customer responses and provide internal updatesVerify effectiveness of corrective actionsMaintain accurate documentation within the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)Support audits (internal, customer, third-party) as neededIdentify trends and support continuous improvement effortsWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of quality engineering or customer complaint/CAPA experience in manufacturingStrong root cause analysis and problem-solving skillsMust be comfortable owning complaint investigationsExperience handling customer-facing quality issuesWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality systemsHigh school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)Nice to Have (Not Required):Automotive, industrial, or medical manufacturing experienceEpicor or ERP system experienceCalibration exposureAbility to interpret engineering drawings/specificationsFor questions or details related to the Quality Engineering role, please call/text View phone number on click.appcast.io or email View email address on click.appcast.io.
