Legal Function Business EnablerBrillio is building a legal function that operates as a business enabler. This role is designed for an early-career lawyer who wants to work directly with business teams on contracts, deals, and decisions.What you will do?Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements)Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal executionEvaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomesBuild and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooksSupport compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics)Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification)What we are looking for?0–2 years' experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)Graduate from a top-tier law schoolExposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early rolesStrong structured thinking and communication clarityShould be able to demonstrate experience working with AI toolsA qualified lawyerWillingness to work out of officeUS Citizen/GC holderGood to have?Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teamsExposure to technology, consulting, or startup environmentsFamiliarity with cross-border contracts / global workWhat will differentiate you?Prioritizes speed, clarity, and outcomes over perfectionTranslates legal language into business decisionsDemonstrates ownership early in careerHas contributed to templates, automation, or process improvementsWhat this role is not?Not litigation-focusedNot purely advisory or academicNot a back-office function removed from the businessWhat you get?Exposure to global contracts and leadership stakeholdersOpportunity to build and shape legal processes earlyFast-track path to business-aligned legal leadership$75,000 - $90,000 a year Has additional benefits including Dental, Vision, Medical and 401k.
