Senior Case Manager

Managing all aspects of contested mortgage foreclosure cases, the full-time Senior Contested Case Manager will work remotely to develop litigation strategies, oversee discovery processes, and ensure effective communication with outside counsel and investors. Key responsibilities Manage assigned contested foreclosure cases with a focus on proactive monitoring and risk identification Collaborate with outside counsel to implement litigation strategies and prepare case summaries Oversee the discovery process and maintain the litigation database, providing updates to management and investors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an Associate's degree with paralegal certification and ten years of relevant experience Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to residential mortgage servicing Experience in the legal department of a mortgage servicer Proficiency in legal case management databases and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Virtual Vocations Inc
