Senior Project Manager

Leading the delivery of complex, customer-facing implementation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, orchestrating cross-functional teams and leveraging AI-enabled tools to ensure high-quality project outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead complex software implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, quality, and customer success objectives Build strong relationships with customers, driving executive-level communication and proactively managing risks, expectations, and escalations Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementation experiences while enhancing project delivery efficiency through data insights and process improvements Required qualifications 5+ years of project management experience within software implementations, professional services, or insurance technology Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving successful outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language Experience with software implementations involving data migration, system integrations, or customer onboarding projects is a plus Relevant certifications such as Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or PMP are preferred
