Project Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead the planning and delivery of complex projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks, ensuring that agreed outcomes are delivered to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to establish clear objectives, maintain alignment and support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.


Key responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, defining milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress and expenditure, and providing accurate status updates to stakeholders. You will identify and manage risks, issues and change requests, putting appropriate mitigation and recovery plans in place where required. The role will also involve facilitating project meetings, maintaining clear documentation, coordinating cross-functional activity and ensuring that governance, quality and compliance requirements are met. You will be expected to promote a structured, collaborative approach and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.


Applicants should have proven experience managing projects of moderate to high complexity, with a track record of delivering results within agreed timescales and budgets. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience is desirable, together with strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement and reporting. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working across multiple priorities. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Experience using project management software and reporting tools would be advantageous.
