Restaurant Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to make an impact in a busy, upscale Irish restaurant and bar and grow into a General Manager role .

We are looking for a polished, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands exceptional hospitality, and is passionate about developing teams and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive service standards, develop the team, and ensure Queen Maeve consistently delivers a polished and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant and bar
• Take ownership of service standards, guest satisfaction, and hospitality
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure consistent communication across the team
• Manage staffing, scheduling, floor plans, and daily deployment
• Maintain strong knowledge and execution of restaurant policies and SOPs
• Monitor labor, sales, guest feedback, and operational performance
• Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and cost controls
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and effectively
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance standards
• Support private events, corporate functions, and high-volume service periods
• Help drive sales, repeat business, and overall restaurant profitability
• Lead by example and foster a positive, professional, accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or strong FOH leader
• Experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High standards for service, presentation, and professionalism
• Strong understanding of labor management, guest recovery, and restaurant operations
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure
• A hands-on management style and willingness to lead from the floor
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Toast experience strongly preferred
• TripleSeat experience is a plus
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak service periods
• A genuine desire to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility

Compensation: $80,000 annual salary + bonus incentive
