Hospice RN Clinical Liaison - Intake & Admissions
Gentiva Hospice
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Clinical Liaison to ensure efficient intake and referrals, coordinate admissions, and support community awareness of hospice services. You will collaborate with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners and provide compassionate education to patients and families. The role requires a Florida RN license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license, with BSN preferred for advancement.
