Job Summary Full‑time RN or LPN position with Family First Home Care. Provide in‑home pediatric nursing care with day, evening, and weekend shifts up to 12 hours. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing services pursuant to licensure and scope of practice. Maintain updated clinical records, meeting documentation deadlines. Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service and consult with physicians on care‑plan changes. Mentor and coach new employees during orientation. Educate patients and caregivers on care needs. Participate in QAPI as requested. Complete mandatory training and in‑services. Submit required personnel documentation in a timely manner. Adhere to compliance, ethics, and patient confidentiality. Maintain professional, supportive communication. Key Competencies Ability to read and communicate in English verbally and in writing. Working Conditions / Equipment Use Work performed in patients’ homes; must lift up to 50lbs without an assistive device. Frequent use of office equipment such as telephone, computer, and printer. Qualifications RN or LPN nursing degree. Unencumbered RN/LPN license in the state of employment or a multi‑state enhanced license. Minimum one year of experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance. Clear background screening. Knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts. Valid CPR certificate with in‑person skills check. Clear HepB and TB screening.
