Job Overview

CornerClean, LLC is hiring a dependable Floor Technician / Floor Care Specialist for summer floor care work throughout Franklin County.

During the summer months, this role is primarily focused on floor care projects , including stripping, waxing, buffing, and floor restoration in schools, offices, and business facilities.

After the summer floor care period, team members may transition into ongoing year-round cleaning roles with CornerClean based on performance and business needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for summer floor experience that can lead into steady, long-term cleaning employment.
What You'll Do

Summer (Primary Role - Floor Care):

• Strip, wax, buff, and polish commercial flooring
• Operate floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)
• Perform floor restoration and maintenance projects
• Apply floor finishes according to site standards
• Maintain and care for floor machines and equipment

After Summer / Ongoing Work (if retained):

• Clean offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
• Take out trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies
• Follow cleaning and disinfecting procedures

What We're Looking For

• Cleaning/janitorial experience required
• Floor care experience not required (training provided)
• Willingness to learn floor machines and restoration techniques
• Reliable transportation to Franklin County job sites
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Available for evening shifts, Monday-Friday, and some weekends
