Social Media Specialist

We are looking for someone who has run social accounts before and knows their way around a camera and video editing software. The day-to-day duties include shooting and editing content at the dealership, managing our social accounts across every platform, and building an engaged audience. Benefits Health, Medical and Dental 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Responsibilities Own our social media accounts end to end — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms — including strategy, content calendar, posting, and community management. Shoot and edit original photo and video content on-site: new inventory, vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries, service department features, staff spotlights, and community events. Grow followers, reach, and engagement month over month. Partner with Sales, Service, and Management to turn what's happening on the floor into content that sells. Track and report on performance — reach, engagement, follower growth, video views and leads generated. Support broader digital marketing efforts including paid social, email, website content, and online listings. Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and what other dealers are doing well. Qualifications Social media management experience. Strong video skills: comfortable shooting on a camera or phone and editing in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar. Working knowledge of photo editing and graphic design tools. Comfortable reading platform insights and reporting on what's working. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
