Summary:

**Required Experience:** - 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty applying for. Preferable to be within one location but can be combined. - Must have 18 months of recent Stepdown experience; travel experience will suffice. **Preferred Experience:** - PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. **Licensure:** - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of the submission. **Certifications:** - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certification required. - Required certifications need to be active, with nothing pending. **Testing:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, and an acceptable score on both assessments is required (Traveler will receive two attempts maximum to pass; otherwise, the contract will be canceled). **References:** - Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Co-worker references will not be considered. **Vaccine Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Additional Requirements:** - Must be nicotine-free for all travelers except Nurses and CSTs who are exempt. Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints to be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
