Job Title Associate, QC Analytical, B2 Shift, Cell Therapy (Requisition: R1600108) Position Summary Responsible for supporting QC testing for in‑process, final product, and stability samples. May assist with documentation, deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts. Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday 2:00PM to 12:00AM. Duties / Responsibilities Perform routine testing of in‑process, final product, and stability samples. May review GMP documentation and perform data verification. Support document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/investigation related tasks and/or continuous improvement efforts. May train analysts on general job duties. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Ability to accurately and completely understand and follow procedures. Apply scientific principles to analytical testing and proper use of laboratory equipment. Communicate effectively with peers and management regarding task completion, roadblocks, and needs. Attention to detail, organizational skills. Work in a fast‑paced team environment, meet deadlines, prioritize work. Bachelor’s degree in science preferred; Associate’s degree with equivalent combination considered. 0–2+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience; experience in a regulated environment preferred. Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and safety practices. Preferred: experience in cell and molecular biology techniques (cell‑based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, aseptic technique). Compensation Overview Location: Devens, MA – US: $35.82 – $43.41 per hour (full‑time employee basis). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available.
