Quality Assurance Technician

What You'll Do Verify product specifications and ensure company policies and procedures are followed Clear production equipment, rooms, and packaging lines between runs Authorize rework when needed and perform cleaning verifications Review in‑process documentation and manage documentation control Conduct yield investigations, product sampling, and point‑step process reviews Review materials and verify labels against work orders for accuracy Partner with Production and Customer Service to keep projects on track and compliant with federal regulations Champion cGMP compliance across the facility Take on other tasks as assigned by your supervisor What You Bring Education High school diploma or GED, plus 1–3 months of related experience/training — or an equivalent combination of education and experience Skills & Experience Familiarity with GMPs; nutraceutical industry experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable following instructions while also using sound judgment within company guidelines Thrives under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills Adaptable — you roll with change and stay effective when priorities shift A reliable, self‑directed team member with high integrity Knowledge of Dietary Supplement GMPs and experience in the dietary supplement industry preferred Auditing experience a plus, but not required Experience enforcing SOPs and product specifications Proficient in MS Office, with required Excel skills Solid math skills and English proficiency required Physical Requirements This role is active and hands‑on. You'll regularly stand, walk, sit, and use your hands; occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs. and frequently up to 10 lbs.; and need close, distant, color, and peripheral vision along with depth perception.
