Analytics Associate Scientist II

Analytics Associate Scientist II at Catalent's Kansas City facility will perform laboratory analytical testing, method development, and documentation under general supervision. The role involves executing work plans across oral, specialty drug delivery, and biologics services, contributing to quality assurance and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory work plans using HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, and other analytical techniques
- Perform method development, validation, and transfer activities under direction
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation per regulatory and site standards
- Draft technical documents including methods and certificates of analysis
- Perform parallel review of laboratory documentation for compliance and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science or physical science field
- Ability to interpret data using mathematical and scientific reasoning
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of instrument operations and troubleshooting
- Well organized with multitasking and time management capability
- Physical capability to stand, sit, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
