Insurance Licensed Producer for Allstate Agency

Job Summary
The Ned Clark Agency is seeking a motivated, licensed insurance producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, a valid Property & Casualty license, (previous ALLSTATE experience is a plus) and a drive to secure new business while providing exceptional service to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Growth: Solicit and sell new insurance policies, meeting or exceeding monthly production goals.
• Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Underwriting: Perform field underwriting, assess risk, and accurately rate potential new accounts.
• Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all insurance products and adhere to state licensing regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Active State License (NC Property & Casualty License is REQUIRED. Previous ALLSTATE experience is a PLUS.  (Life, Accident & Health is optional)
• Proven experience in a sales or insurance-related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education

• High School Diploma
• Actively licensed in NC for property and casualty
