Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Yard Hand to join our team in South Houston. In this role, you will support yard operations by assisting with material handling, organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform general yard duties including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Assist forklift operators with moving materials and products
• Operate small forklift when required
• Assist with layering pipe racks and securing (bolstering) products
• Support bucking line operations including drifting, applying thread preservatives, and installing protectors
• Assist Shipping and Receiving with packaging as needed
• Tally all threaded tubing before placing into storage
• Follow all PPE and company safety requirements at all times
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, trade school, or basic reading and writing ability
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Ability to learn job duties within 90 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/yard conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual work ethic

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
