Lead Product Manager - Adobe & Web integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Manager – Adobe & Web integrations based in the United States.

This role leads the strategy, development, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform capabilities supporting authenticated and unauthenticated web experiences.
You’ll translate enterprise priorities, regulatory requirements, and business needs into scalable product capabilities and clear engineering requirements.
The position sits at the intersection of product management, customer data, personalization, web architecture, and digital experience.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, architecture, marketing, CRM, analytics, privacy, legal, and business teams to deliver high-impact platform enhancements.
The role has a strong focus on consent, preferences, identity, data quality, personalization, and downstream activation.
You’ll also drive platform adoption across business units while balancing customer experience, compliance, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to shape enterprise-level digital capabilities across complex customer journeys.

Accountabilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for assigned authenticated or unauthenticated web platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise roadmap.

• Translate business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable priorities for engineering teams.

• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan, execute, test, and release platform enhancements on schedule and to required quality standards.

• Balance immediate business priorities with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance.

• Lead development of platform capabilities including consent capture, preference management, suppression logic, policy enforcement, and downstream activation.

• Drive integration between authenticated and unauthenticated web channels and Adobe Experience Platform.

• Ensure data models, APIs, workflows, and integrations follow enterprise architecture standards and applicable regulatory guidance.

• Validate Adobe platform capabilities against omnichannel use cases spanning web, mobile, CRM, contact centers, and third-party integrations.

• Identify product dependencies, risks, constraints, and tradeoffs, escalating decisions when necessary.

• Serve as a key product partner to digital channels, next-best-action teams, marketing, CRM, customer service, legal, privacy, compliance, and other cross-functional groups.

• Support platform adoption by business units through enablement, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing partnership.

• Collaborate with enterprise data, identity, and analytics teams to promote accurate and reliable use of consent, preference, and customer data.

• Act as a day-to-day product escalation point for delivery teams and business stakeholders.

• Advocate for intuitive, transparent, customer-centric experiences that clearly communicate data usage, choices, permissions, and controls.

• Incorporate customer, compliance, and operational feedback into product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Define, monitor, and report product KPIs such as consent capture rates, preference utilization, data quality, error rates, and activation success.

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to reduce operational friction, manual processes, and compliance risks.

• Monitor platform performance and integration health and drive corrective actions, enhancements, and process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

• 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead complex technology and product initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform , including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer, including Offers.

• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.

• Knowledge of web-channel architecture and API integrations with external products and platforms.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience using product and work-management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage requirements, user stories, and traceability.

• Excellent communication, analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear business requirements and product decisions.

• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and digital experience principles.

• Experience working with data quality, consent, privacy, security, or compliance considerations is highly valuable.

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and associated tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and consent-management best practices is preferred.

• Familiarity with decision-management frameworks and rules engines is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and manage priorities in a complex enterprise environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Ability to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours.

• Ability to work remotely from a dedicated workspace that protects confidential and regulated information.

• Reliable home internet connection meeting a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Annual base salary range of $126,300–$173,700 , with actual compensation varying based on geographic location, experience, education, certifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
