Warehouse Associate (Evening Shift F/T)Location: Arlington, Tx.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detailed orientated Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for packing / shipping goods correctly, accurately, within a timely manner, receiving in goods correctly, accurately, and within a timely manner.Compensation: $19.50/hr (90 day probation)Schedule: Mon-Fri 4pm-12amResponsibilities:Packing Fulfillment OrdersRecording Carton and packing informationProcessing shipments according to transportation and logistic requirementsGeneral upkeep and cleaning of work spaceLabeling and Shipping fulfilled ordersLoading and Storing completed ordersKnowledge of all BTC and BTB orders shipping/ packing processesCross training upon needReceiving inventory with RF scannerReconcile inventory with packing slipsReport on reconciliationsKPI Metrics Met (weekly)Gathering Dims on Inventory without dimsBinning/Inducting inventorySkills and Abilities:Attention to DetailExcellent Time ManagementSelf StarterDependable and ReliableMinimum Experience:High school diploma/GED or EquivalentAbility to read and write englishAbility to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basisAbility to stand continually for an 8hr shiftPerks:Competitive hourly wageOpportunities for training and advancement within the companySupportive and collaborative team environmentHealth, Dental, Vision Insurance, and 401KGritR Sports & Outdoors is an equal opportunity employer.
