Responsibilities- Operate and maintain grading equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform site assessments to determine grading needs and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced operators.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating grading equipment.
- Strong understanding of grading techniques and site preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
