Location: Hazlet, NJ
Shift: Full-Time
Salary: $18/hour

Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping duties as assigned.

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, hallways, stairways, and elevators.

• Sanitize and polish fixtures, furnishings, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.

• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.

• Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize, and disinfect carpets as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness standards while following safety procedures.

• Report any accidents, incidents, or maintenance concerns promptly.

• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Compassionate and respectful approach when interacting with residents and families.

• Professional, dependable, and reliable work ethic.
