If you're looking for a long and rewarding career with the #1 most admired engineering and construction company, Jacobs is where you belong.We are seeking a motivated Project Manager- Systems Implementation in the Boise, ID, Wichita, KS, and Seattle, WA area with an option of hybrid work, to support internal PM/CM teams and external clients.As a key contributor to the program support team, you will partner closely with engineering, design, and construction professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of project delivery—from planning and design through procurement, construction, and project controls. You will support the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized project management and project controls processes, configure those processes within integrated project management systems, and develop training materials that promote consistent, high-quality project execution.In this role, you will actively apply project controls best practices to enable effective cost and schedule management across large, multi-project programs. You will help align processes, systems, and resources to support best-in-class project delivery.At Jacobs, we're invested in your success. You'll have opportunities to strengthen your skills, contribute across a diverse portfolio of projects, and collaborate with experts across our global organization.Here's what you'll need:8+ years of experience in project managementExperience developing, reviewing, and analyzing Primavera P6 schedulesDemonstrated experience developing and implementing processes with cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with executive leadership and clientsExperience implementing and working with project management and information management systemsProven ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to deliver strategic, actionable insightsExperience managing costs across large, multi-project programsExperience developing program- and project-level reporting, including executive status reportingExperience developing and applying formal change management processesStrong analytical skills with a focus on performance improvement and continuous optimizationAbility to travel to project sites and client offices as neededIdeally, here's what you'll also have:Experience building Power BI reportsExperience with Project Management systems, e.g., Unifier, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, etc.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management systemsAbility to work well within a team that may consist of client team membersAbility to develop and deliver effective presentations (visual, written, and verbal)Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environmentOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
