Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer to hire a Quality Technician . This role is ideal for someone with strong inspection experience, CMM programming skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards in a precision manufacturing environment.
Job Highlights:
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections on aerospace components
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, bore gages, height gages, profilometers, optical comparators, CMMs, and GOM scanners
- Create and maintain CMM programs using PC DMIS, Calypso, or similar software
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
- Create First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and customer data packets
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain calibration records, document control, and quality system documentation
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams
- 3+ years of quality inspection or quality technician experience
- Experience in aerospace, medical device, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
- Experience programming and operating CMM equipment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems
- Experience with precision measurement equipment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
