Inventory Clerk

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a manufacturing facility in the Goshen, IN area, is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory integrity and improving inventory control processes across the operation.

Job Summary:

• Pay: $20.00 an hour
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Full-time warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse/WMS system
• Lead cycle counts, inventory audits, and assist with physical inventories
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
• Coordinate with purchasing teams on inventory needs
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock
• Prepare inventory reports and support process improvements
• Receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the plant

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous inventory control or warehouse experience
• Experience leading cycle counts and inventory audits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS or ERP)
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
