: Content Server Technical Business Analyst

Key Role:

Provides Content Server configuration services for business processes to meet business needs and requirements. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops solutions to complex business problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in configuration and customization OpenText Content Server solutions to meet specific business requirements and objectives

• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration specifications and user guides to support deployments and end-user training

• Ability to analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the Content Server environment

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into user stories

• Ability to design and implement metadata schemas, taxonomies, and security models within Content Server platform to ensure efficient content organization and access control

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• HS diploma or GED

• Bachelor's degree

• Content Server Business Analyst Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
