Insurance Coverage Attorney

Overview Kennedys, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global firm serving insurers and the London market, is seeking dynamic and talented attorneys to join its national and international insurance coverage litigation practices in our Seattle office. In this role, the attorney will represent insurance companies in coverage disputes and advise insurance companies in a variety of coverage matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing global law firm as it expands its presence in the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities Represent insurance companies in coverage disputes and provide coverage advice across a variety of matters. Qualifications At least two years of a strong litigation background, with experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation. Experience taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and arguing motions. Admitted and in good standing in Washington. Additional admissions in other states are a plus. Compensation The annualized salary range for this role is $130,000-$220,000; however, actual salary is contingent upon level of experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
