Dirty Bird Industries / AR15Discounts.com is a growing eCommerce retailer specializing in firearms, parts, and accessories. We are a family owned and operated business with traditional values and a strong work ethic. We are in need of a motivated FFL Specialist with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all ATF regulations and guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of firearm inventory, including acquisition and disposition.
• Process online orders
• Assist customers with all FFL related inquiries and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all firearm transactions.
• Shipping and maintaining records.

Requirements : (Preferred)

• In-depth knowledge of ATF regulations and guidelines, including form 4473, A & D logs, and NICS background checks
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the firearm industry (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Given the technical nature of the products we sell, we want someone who has strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about the AR platform. There is definitely room for advancement for the right candidate.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift 40+ lbs
• 1 year of related work experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of common platforms (AR15/10, Glock, AK, etc...) (Preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must not be prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in handling firearms (Preferred)

Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
