Entry-Level Assistant Manager

We’re a growing event marketing and fundraising team that partners with nonprofit and charitable organizations to create meaningful connections in local communities. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to learn, develop new skills, and grow into leadership.

No management, sales, marketing, or fundraising experience is required — we provide paid training and hands-on coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at events and community campaigns
• Connect with the public and build positive relationships
• Support team and campaign goals
• Help train and motivate new team members
• Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
• Work alongside experienced leaders and take on more responsibility as you grow
