Begin a dynamic role supporting students in speech and language development across multiple school locations in the West Palm Beach area. This is a contract opportunity for Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) looking to expand their skills and gain invaluable supervised experience in a school-based setting. Full-time opportunities (35 hours per week) are available, with schedules and caseloads tailored from various campus assignments to create a comprehensive workweek.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida provisional SLP license through the Department of Health
• Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellow (CFY) supervision—supervisors are available
• Ability to complete and clear required fingerprint and credentialing protocols
• Willingness to participate in an internal video interview process
• Not accepting SLPAs or CCC-SLP applicants for this role

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to a diverse student population (age group, acuity, and caseloads vary by assignment)
• Collaborate with educational staff, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in all required meetings, documentation, and progress reporting as mandated by the district
• Support IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Coordinate with supervising SLP-CCCs to ensure strong clinical support and mentorship throughout your fellowship
• Flexibility to adapt your workweek among multiple campuses, depending on openings and student needs
