We are hiring a Front Desk Associate at our Ithaca, NY location! Our mission is to provide incredible service and help our guests make the best of their visit to Ithaca, NY. As a part of our team, you'll work with others to greet guests warmly and check them in and out of our 80 room hotel, manage reservations and room assignmetns, and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, process payments and maintain accurate financial records, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs, answer phone calls and guest emails courteously, promptly and effectively communicate with management. Compensation is negotiable with overtime and paid time off. If you have a passion for greeting new faces with a smile and working in a challenging environment this could be the role for you.
