Job Details Cencora - one of the world's leading distributors of pharmaceutical products seeks a part-time Tax Analyst to join its tax department. This Tax Analyst Development Program offers real world tax experience working with a team of passionate, dedicated professionals. This is a paid position based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and will require a commitment of up to 15 hours weekly. Tasks can be performed remotely as needed. Tax research and writing (including research in the rapidly evolving area of taxes affecting the pharmaceutical industry) Tax compliance (sales and use taxes / excise taxes / personal property tax) Assistance with special projects (systems / technology, corporate initiatives) Education and Work Experience The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate accounting, masters of tax or accounting, JD or LLM program Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in tax, accounting, finance, public accounting, or a related function required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) eligibility or progress toward CPA preferred. Relevant tax or accounting coursework preferred.
