Material HandlerAs a Material Handler here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient movement, storage, and management of materials within our operations. Your efforts will ensure that production and supply chain activities run smoothly, contributing directly to meeting customer demand and operational excellence.You will report directly to our Supervisor and you'll work out of our Muncie, IN location on an On-site work schedule 1st Shift.In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by accurately handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting timely production and shipping processes.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESReceive, store, and distribute materials and products within the warehouse or production areasEnsure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of material movementsOperate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move goods as requiredCollaborate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to support workflow and meet operational goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to company policies and safety regulationsQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 1 year experience in material handling or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or distribution environmentKnowledge of inventory control processes and material flow managementProficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment safelyAbility to follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with workplace safety standardsWE VALUEHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in material handling or logistics rolesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBasic knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environmentFamiliarity with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software is preferredDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.ABOUT HONEYWELL TECHNOLOGIESHoneywell Technologies is a global, pure-play automation company with a legacy of innovating to help solve the world's most mission-critical challenges, enhancing the quality of life for people and communities around the world.
