For nearly four decades, Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living, formerly known as Susque-View Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, has been an integral part of the community, taking pride in delivering a full continuum of care imbued with warmth and compassion. Under the leadership of Allaire Health Services, we are expanding our post-acute and long-term care programming in collaboration with area specialists, enabling us to offer every patient a higher level of care tailored to their needs while reducing rehospitalization.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (Part-time), you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care to a diverse range of individuals
• Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and reporting patient conditions, including vital signs and medical histories
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
