Senior Program Manager

*Location*: 100% Remote (Must Work Pacific Time Hours)
*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the business-side execution of a large-scale core administration platform transformation. This position will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of a complex healthcare insurance system implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess deep health plan operations experience, a proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and hands-on experience with QNXT implementations.
*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead business-side execution of a core administrative platform transformation.
* Serve as the primary point of coordination between business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
* Drive integrated planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and readiness activities across multiple operational areas.
* Partner with business leaders to define future-state processes, business requirements, and adoption strategies.
* Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and key decisions while providing actionable recommendations.
* Lead business readiness efforts including change management, training coordination, cutover planning, parallel testing, and post-go-live support.
* Deliver executive-level updates on program progress, risks, and implementation readiness.
* Collaborate closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful execution of critical business deliverables.
*Required Qualifications*

* PMP Certification (Required)
* End-to-end QNXT implementation experience (Required)
* 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
* Healthcare insurance or health plan experience
* Experience leading enterprise system implementations or platform transformation programs
*Preferred Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working within Medicare, Managed Care, or Health Plan environments

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $115.50 - $120.00/hr.
