Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems and equipment that support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and dock door equipment who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.What You'll DoPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, building systems, and exterior groundsTroubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues throughout the facilityMaintain and repair dock doors, dock levelers, and related warehouse equipmentFollow all safety standards, policies, and proceduresAssist with additional maintenance projects and facility improvements as neededAdditional ResponsibilitiesOperate power tools, welding equipment, and cutting torches to repair or fabricate metal componentsUtilize motorized lifts and maintenance equipment as needed to perform repairs and inspectionsSupport troubleshooting and repairs across multiple areas of the facilityWhat We're Looking ForExperience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systemsExperience repairing and maintaining dock doors and warehouse equipment preferredAbility to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting independentlyComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentBasic computer skills for maintenance documentation and communicationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively and work with team members across the facilityAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple maintenance needsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to work in cold storage environments as low as -20°F (-25°C) or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage areas while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gearAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. (may vary by facility)Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends if neededSome locations may have higher noise levelsSome facilities may require working at heights following safety proceduresWhy Lineage?
