As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors by providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting resident safety, dignity, and well-being every single day. Your Role As the RN , you provide hands‑on nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan. You support comprehensive health and psychosocial needs, monitor changes in condition, coordinate services, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal resident outcomes in a community setting. Position Highlights Status: Part Time (24 hours per week) Schedule: Flexible Schedule available Location: 122 Green Ave, Woodbury, NJ 08096 Rate of Pay: $38 to $42/hour What You'll Do Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans, policies, and procedures. Conduct ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and psychosocial status and monitor for changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document appropriately. Coordinate and communicate resident care needs with physicians, families, pharmacies, and other care providers. Support health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives within the community. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Assist with care planning, service plan updates, and resident evaluations as required. Collaborate with caregivers, wellness team members, and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery. Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and emergencies using sound clinical judgment. Support training and guidance for care staff as appropriate. Ensure the community adheres to applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to resident care and services. Participate in quality assurance initiatives, audits, and compliance activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
