Billing ClerkDate: Sep 14, 2026Location: Sumner, WA, USCompany: My Career SitePosition Type: Full-time, Hourly Location: In Office; Sumner, WA Wage Scale: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) are able to enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.Responsibilities:Enter and evaluate billing and invoicing documents for accuracy for residential and commercial accounts.Obtain missing data when necessaryInvestigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices.Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency.Completes a high volume of transaction entries on an ongoing basis throughout the month.Adheres to strict deadlines to complete billing.Additional duties maybe assigned.Requirements:High school diploma, GED or equivalentBilling and/or Invoicing for residential and commercial accounts experience in a construction industry preferredOrganizational, time management and customer service skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailRegular attendance is requiredWhy get your Career started with Fireside?
