We are seeking an Amusement Operations & Technical Service Manager to oversee our on-site technical operations and ensure exceptional service quality. Job Responsibilities Manage daily technical operations and maintenance of amusement equipment to ensure optimal performance. Lead and develop a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Perform and supervise electronics repair and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate inventory management for parts and tools to support uninterrupted operations. Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve technical issues promptly. Develop and implement operational procedures and safety protocols. Analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements and upgrades. Required Qualifications Proven experience in technical operations management within the amusement or related industry. Strong skills in electronics repair and preventive maintenance. Demonstrated leadership abilities managing technical teams. Effective inventory management and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with amusement ride systems and safety regulations. Technical certifications related to electronics or mechanical maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spheric
