Job Description An employer in the Arlington, VA area is seeking a Top Secret Acquisition and Contracts Professional for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders and internal teams, supporting both pre- and post-award contract activities. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing program documentation to ensure compliance with DoD regulations, analyzing acquisition materials such as strategies, statements of work, contracts, and funding documents, and supporting procurement package development. The role also involves providing guidance on acquisition policies, identifying risks, and recommending best practices to drive program success. Additionally, this individual will build strong stakeholder relationships, support program coordination efforts, and mentor junior team members. This position requires 25% travel to customer sites and full-time onsite presence, and candidates must hold an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
