Independent Consultant

Job Description As an independent consultant with SemperGROW, your creative thinking, management, analytical and leadership skills will be put to work to assist clients transform their organization and/or processes. You will be an agent of change. No two engagements are the same, but some of the areas in which we are seeking expertise include: Leadership Development Team Building Executive Coaching Organizational Change Organizational Development Learning and Education Diversity & Inclusion General Management Additionally, as an independent consultant you will: Research client organizations and their industry. Conduct interviews and focus groups, facilitate workshops, management teams and other stakeholders. Identify potential issues, establish proposed solutions, translate data into useful insights, work closely with key decision makers. Develop plans to implement recommendations, manage the execution and move clients to take action. Qualifications General qualifications include, but may not be limited to: Bachelor's degree, MBA, Certifications or other related experience in the field. Experience in consulting, starting a business or similar environment. Be a team player but independent thinker. Be analytical. Be driven to meet deadlines and multitask. Desire to make organizations and individuals better. Be curious, think outside the box, be creative. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Additional Information
