As a Lead Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: San Francisco, CA
• Set schedule: (A) Shift Lead (B) Concierge Security Officer
  • (A) Saturday to Sunday (B) Monday to Wednesday
  • (A) 1:30pm to 10:00pm (B) 2:00pm to 10:30pm
• Competitive hourly wage of $31/hour as a Shift Lead and $26/hour as a Concierge Security Officer (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of security supervisory experience is preferred
• First aid certification is an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
