We’re growing our excavation team , converting crawl spaces into full basements using specialized electrical excavation equipment. This is hands-on work where you’ll build valuable skills, earn strong pay, and work with a team that pushes each other to succeed.
Many of our crew members started with basic experience and quickly learned the trade while earning more through overtime and project bonuses.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside experienced crew members on residential projects helping turn crawl spaces into full basements.
Daily work may include:
Operating or assisting with electric excavation equipment
Digging and removing soil from crawl spaces
Moving materials and supporting the excavation crew
Keeping the job site organized and safe
Learning the basement conversion process from experienced builders
This is physical, rewarding work where you can see the results of what you build every day.
