Position Summary:

C&H Industrial is seeking a dependable Industrial Laborer to perform facility dust removal and general housekeeping duties in an industrial environment. This position consists primarily of repetitive cleaning and dust-removal tasks throughout the facility. Candidates should be comfortable performing the same duties daily and working in hot, dusty conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remove dust and debris from equipment, structures, and work areas.
• Maintain assigned work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Use basic cleaning tools and equipment as required.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervision.

Working Conditions:

• Hot industrial environment.
• Exposure to dust
• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Repetitive work performed on a daily basis.
• Work requires consistent attendance.

Overtime and Advancement:

• No overtime.
• No call-in work.
• Position is intended as a stable, routine labor role with consistent duties and schedule.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work safely in a hot, dusty industrial environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Previous industrial cleaning or labor experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and work in industrial areas.
• Ability to wear required PPE including respirators, safety glasses, hard hats, and other safety equipment as required.
