Ask more details!* About the Role: Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract CNA (Missouri Certified) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Contract CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs, to the nursing staff Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobility tasks as needed Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident care Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors Requirements: Current Missouri CNA certification Previous experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting (n/a) High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Commitment to providing exceptional care and customer service About Aspire Senior Living New Florence: At Aspire Senior Living New Florence, we are dedicated to being a premier resident-focused care provider through the delivery of the highest quality personal care services in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
