Direct Support Professional (DSP)Requirements DSP certified or the ability to become certified through our paid training At least 18 years of age Transportation to your shifts Lift 50 lbs Pass a criminal background check Direct Support Professional (DSP)Duties Assist individuals with personal care needs – all ADL’s Assisting with all household task, meal preparation cooking and cleaning; maintain a safe and healthy home environment that encourage learning. Monitor individuals and engage in redirection. Document individual’s activities, concerns and progress notes as required. Participate in and out-of-home activities which may include driving company vehicles. Provide an Abuse and Neglect free environment at all times.
