Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Practice Leader to oversee all Water/Wastewater projects, providing technical leadership and driving strategic growth. You will guide design teams, ensure quality, and coordinate with clients and public agencies. Ideal candidates hold a Texas P.E. license (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) and bring 15+ years of experience managing complex W/WW projects, including cost estimation. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
