CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Duties
Perform a full range of contract functions encompassing issuing solicitations, evaluating proposals, contract negotiations, execution and administration for complex and technical services and/or Construction and A/E programs.
Perform detailed analysis of bids and proposals received, ensuring compliance with specifications on advertised procurements.
Perform cost and price analysis for all negotiations to determine fair and reasonableness of price.
Utilize innovation for strategic decision-making in the acquisition process.
Perform contracting functions of higher than usual complexity, such as contracting functions where no contractual precedence exists.
