You will partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, enhance employee performance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Identify organizational training needs through collaboration with leadership and functional teamsAssess skill gaps and define critical competencies for managerial, supervisory, and staff rolesDesign, develop, and implement engaging training programs, including instructor-led and e-learning modulesDeliver effective classroom and virtual training sessions using adult learning principlesDevelop and maintain a core curriculum for supervisory and leadership developmentPartner with leaders to co-facilitate training and embed learning into business practicesCreate evaluation tools (assessments, surveys, performance metrics) to measure training effectivenessProvide coaching and follow-up support to reinforce learning and ensure application on the jobBuild and implement leadership development programs to grow internal talent pipelinesDevelop learning objectives, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and supporting materialsResearch and incorporate external training resources and best practicesSupport organizational development initiatives, including team effectiveness and change management effortsDevelop onboarding and orientation programs tailored to functional teamsMaintain accurate training records, including certifications, test results, and compliance documentationEnsure 100% accuracy of training data within the learning management system or databaseSupport training-related projects and meet established timelines and deliverablesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to department initiativesEnsure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and all safety regulationsHOW WILL YOU GET HERE?Education:Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferredExperience:3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational development, or equivalent combination of education and experienceOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate environmentProficiency with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar)Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesAbility to assess training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metricsExcellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skillsStrong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detailAbility to partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teamsAnalytical thinking with problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITS WITH JABILAlong with growth, stability, and the opportunity to be challenged, Jabil offers a competitive benefits package that includes:Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and Vision Insurance with HRA and HSA options401K matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementLife, AD&D, and Disability InsuranceCommuter BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramPet InsuranceAdoption AssistanceAnnual Merit IncreasesCommunity Volunteer OpportunitiesBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
